1. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity.
2. From the second order, the MOQ is 10pcs for each model.

Payment Terms: T/T bank, Western Union and PAYPAL
1. Under T/T, there will be USD20 bank charge for a order below USD1,000
2. Under PAYPAL, there will be 4% PAYPAL fee. And if order amount more than 1500USD, we don' t accept PAYPAL Hope you understand.
3. We can arrange the production once get the bank copy for payment.
4. T/T we accept 30% deposit to start production, and 70% balance payment before ship.

1. For a sample order (below 20pcs), the delivery time will be 3-5 workdays after the payment.
2. For a bulk order, the delivery time will be 10-15 days after the payment.

1. We offer free silk print or laser of your logo for MOQ 100pcs each model.
2. We could provide customize boxes, user manuals, labels, languages of products the MOQ is 500PCS.

We provide 1 year warranty for our EV Chargers after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of Charge. Our detective rate is less than 1%, and we can offer 1% spare parts if order quantity above 100pcs.

1. If you could repair the products by yourself, we will supply the spare parts.
2. If you couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be shipped back to us, and we repair and afford 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
